Parenting From the Heart
This day-long workshop leads parents through a series of activities that can help them get connected to their values and needs in any particular situation and help them communicate these values and needs to their children. It can help parents connect with what their children’s needs are as well. There will be time for parents to share their struggles and to get practical suggestions (and practice) on how to navigate through hardships.
